Sinopsis

Three years previously Yoo Minwoo lost his first love in a tragic accident. As he struggles on with life, he meets Shim Hyewon who reminds him of his lost love but is racked with emotion and confusion as his feelings for these two women become intertwined. Unbeknownst to the florist Hyewon, she has received her heart transplant and a second chance at life from Minwoo's first love. When the two cross paths, Hyewon notices her unusual heartbeat. Nobody knew it was her heart that remembered and beats strong for her lost love Minwoo. As Hyewon starts falling in love with Minwoo, soon the conflict erupts between the lovely florist and her fiancé Park Jeongjae.

Yoo Minwoo's first love was So Eunhye who gets into a car accident. Eunhye dies, leaving him behind. Shim Hyewon has suffered from a terrible heart disease ever since childhood. Miraculously, she finds that she will be obtaining a heart from a donor, Eunhye. Suffering from the pain of a heartache, Minwoo goes to Paris to study, the memories of Eunhye still hunts his heart. When he returns to Korea, fate takes a turn and brings Hyewon and Minwoo together. When the two first meet, Hyewon's heart (Eunhye's heart), oddly beats faster when she is around Minwoo. Park Jeongjae is Hyewon's boyfriend. Park Jeonga is Jeongjae's sister, she meets Minwoo in Italy and falls for him.
