Sinopsis

My Kitchen Rules is an Australian competitive cooking game show broadcast on the Seven Network since 2010. The series is produced by the team who created the Seven reality show My Restaurant Rules, and was put into production based on the success of Network Ten's MasterChef Australia. My Kitchen Rules has just been renewed by the Seven Network for a fifth series.

Season 1

There are two groups, both consisting of five teams. Once the first group of five teams has served their dishes, and received a score, the next group of five teams then does the same. In the end, the team with the highest score from either group, will compete in the finals.

My Kitchen Rules (series 2) is a reality television cooking programme which airs on the Seven Network. Series 2 commenced on 31 January 2011. The winning team will win $100,000 prize money.

Season 3

The third series of My Kitchen Rules was an Australian reality television cooking programme which aired on the Seven Network. Following the ratings success of the second series, the Seven Network announced the show was renewed for a third season. The third season of My Kitchen Rules started on 30 January 2012. For the first time, a team from New Zealand took part in the show.

After a one-year hiatus, the popular program is returning for its 12th season in 2022 with some big changes but still plenty of drama and delicious dishes. Feildel will be returning, joined by none other than British cooking royalty, Nigella Lawson. Former MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston has also been announced as another judge. Colin Fassnidge, who has been a guest judge on MKR over the years, will be returning to do just that. Plus, Curtis Stone is also joining as a guest judge.
