Sinopsis

Mexico's Next Top Model, sometimes abbreviated as MxNTM, is a Mexican reality television series, based on Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model. It is the second franchise in Latin America after Brazil's Next Top Model, and like the latter, the Mexican version is broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television. The series features a group of young women who would be competing for the title of "Mexico's Next Top Model" and a chance to begin their career in the modeling industry.

Season 1

Mexico's Next Top Model, Cycle 1 was a reality show hosted by supermodel Elsa Benitez, which aimed to find the next top fashion model. The winner received a US$ 100,000 contract, management and representation by Shock Modeling and a photo shoot for the cover and a six-page spread within Glamour magazine. Also a trip to San Francisco, a trip to London by Sedal and $20.000 by Sears. The cycle featured 13 contestants. The destination during this cycle was Ixtapa, Mexico. The winner of the competition was 18 year-old Mariana Bayón from Torreón, Coahuila.

Season 2

Mexico's Next Top Model, Cycle 2 was a reality show hosted by supermodel Elsa Benitez, which aimed to find the next top Mexican fashion model. The series was based on the reality TV series America's Next Top Model, which was hosted by Tyra Banks. The winner of the competition was Tracy Reuss from the municipality of Gómez Palacio in Durango, Mexico. As her prizes she received a $100,000 contract with Shock Modeling Management and a photo-shoot for the cover and a six-page spread in Elle Magazine. This cycle featured 20 semi-finalists from all over the country, which were then pared down to 14. The destination during this cycle was San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

Mexico's Next Top Model, Cycle 3 was a reality show which was hosted by model Elsa Benitez, and aimed to find the next top Mexican fashion model. The series was based on the reality TV series America's Next Top Model, which is hosted by Tyra Banks. The third cycle of Mexico's Next Top Model began to air on television on September 4, 2012. The winner of the competition was 18-year-old Sahily Cordova from Sonora. As her prizes, she received a $100,000 contract with Queta Rojas Models, a brand new Volkswagen car, a trip to New York City to meet with modeling agencies, and a photo-shoot for the cover and a six-page spread in Elle Magazine.
