Maxim Balter

Max Balter is a Ukrainian director and producer, founder at Balter Flims and co-founder at Bachoo Design Studio. Work in a field of video production since 2009. Mostly he shoots TV commercials and music videos. In 2018 directed his first short film: "Ripost". Riposte is a short film about bullying.... This problem is actual for Ukraine, which ranks fourth in Europe for the level of aggression of adolescents. In 2020 directed his second short film about quarantine and self-isolation: "Together".
