Sinopsis

On February 28, 2022, this community faced a "monster" flood that surpassed all expectations, with over 14 meters of water engulfing thousands of homes, exceeding the anticipated "1-in-100-year" flood levels leaving over $4 billion worth of damage in it's wake.
