Sinopsis
Gil-dong who is Prime Minister Hong's an illegitimate child feels sick and tired of feudalism, and becomes a bandit leader of an organization called Hwal-bin. He is a bandit for the people, and steals from the rich only to give to the poor. With the order from the King, the government forces try to capture him many times, but they can not.
