Sinopsis

"We Will Never Say Can't"

Female detective, Kay (Rei Natsume), who had been assigned to the southern department of the city, was in the process of escorting an important witness with her detectives in the northern department. During the escort she was attacked in a vicious encounter in which she must figure out why.
