After her corporate big wig partner rejects her offer to come to the annual water fountain festival in her small town of Spritz Falls Belinda the Bidet is heartbroken and decides to go on her own to cheer herself up. It's only after she walks into the local Spritz Falls Retro Vinyl store that she encounters Antoine a dashing Québécois man and 15 time handsome contest winner, who just so happens to be the love she thought she lost.
